The challenge: fifty portals, one decision

The firm advises clients on powered land for data center development. The information needed to evaluate a site existed, but it was spread across more than fifty sources, each with its own interface and format. These included transmission lines, substation capacity, gas pipeline postings, interconnection queues from every major U.S. grid operator, parcel records, utility territories and county-level data.

Screening one site took 6 to 8 weeks of analyst work. By the time a decision was made, much of the data was already out of date. Detailed power flow analysis typically meant a separate engagement costing $25K or more.

What we built

Pointer Tech Solutions built an energy infrastructure intelligence platform from the ground up. It is a unified data and analysis layer, not a dashboard added on top of existing tools.
